Ready for Pre-Calc? given my previous math coursework: Contemporary Mathematics In Context: course 1-3?
I have taken courses 1-3 of Contemporary Mathematics in Context: A Unified Approach by Glencoe and I am transferring into another school and I want to take Pre-Calculus, however, I am concerned given the integrated approach to my mathematics curriculum was not algebraically intensive. It was more graphical and symbolic in nature. Will I need to take Algebra II to gain these strengths or am I prepared. My curriculum introduced many topics from statistics, geometry, discrete maths (sequences and series, matricies, and others). I need a suggestion from someone who knows the curriculum inside and out... Thanks
