Questions about BD Insulin Syringes?

just wondering, what happens to medicine that are suppose to be injected when you drink them instead of using it to poke your skin esp. this one BD Insulin Syringes with the ultra fine point needle. pls. need factual answers, don't needs some crazy answers such as "when it is suppose to be injected then inject it" notice the word(s) "JUST WONDERING". what are some possible effects it can give me, will it poison me instantly? or it won't make a difference.
