Is there an unsecured CANADIAN credit card for people with horrible credit?

I've been looking for an unsecured canadian credit card for people with horrible credit but can only find ones for Americans. Capitol one seems to be the only one but they want you to have not missed more than 2 payments in the last 2 months and not have defaulted on credit in the last 2 years... which doesn't make sense because horrible credit would mean that you have had those things happen... so anyone know of an unsecured canadian credit card for horrible credit? PLEASE?!
