What does this scripture tell us? Your interpretation?

Jesus is not against all leadership. We need Christian leaders and teachers - but Christ is against leadership that serves itself rather than others. Exalting leaders to the degree that we give them titles (Father) that belong to God alone is the sin of idolatry.
