while he may have lost some speed due to his retirement, you can't rule out Schumacher in all catagories. Jenson on fits into the top 5 or 6 in all those catagories as well. Even though I don't like Ferrari for forcing team orders back into Formula 1, I have to go with Alonso. Closely followed by Rosberg, Hamilton and Vettel. Kubica would get a mention if he was fit and racing. Vettel has had very little overtaking to do this year because he's in the best car. So it's difficult to give it to him ahead of Alonso and Hamilton. Rosberg could be as good as Hamilton in my opinion, but he's never been in a car to match the top teams so that's why we never see his real potential. So to sum up: Even though I don't like to admit it coz he drives for ferrari, Alonso is the best overall.
