I have no money, in fact im $90 in debt. Im just about out of propane and i have 2kids to take care of...?

I have not enough gas in the car and im supposed to be resting because i just had a baby october 22nd, but cant do that with a 20month old whos teething really bad. I havent had a break for myself in a LONG time and im over stressed and overwelmed. We've got bills comming up and not enough money to pay them. Things keep getting more expensive and pay is still the same. If i had $210.00 for propane that would be a big stress load off! I need help and ive asked around and i havent recieved nothing but to go to a different person/place and knowbody can help...what do i do now? Isnt there anyone out there who can help?
