What is the difference between Auto cad & Electrical CAD.?

I have done my Electrical Engineering.I m also doing Auto cad.But recently I also have heard about E(Electrical)CAD.Is it smiler to auto cad or any big difference is there?Can I get a job as ECAD operator after doing this Auto CAD.
