My college board account is closed?!?

okay, i created a college board account when i was in 7th grade when i took the psat. now i'm a junior and am trying to register for the sat, but i can't remember my username or pword. when i clip on the "forgot my username" on on the website and type in my email address like it tells me to, it says "sorry, the account with that username has been closed. please contact customer service for more information." i can't find ANY customer service on the website and am freaking out! how can i fix this?!
