Are most white men racist?

I recently read a shocking statistic. According to the Department of Justice In the United States in 2005, 37,460 white females were ually aulted or d by a black man, while between zero and ten black females were ually aulted or d by a white man. Even if half the white women were lying about the and twice as many black women didn't report a , the disparity would still be too big. Is it because so many white men are racist?
