Ban on plastic bags?

Yes. The wind also blows them to where they hang in trees and on fences. Animals eventually try to eat them and die. Paper bags can be easily recycled and are more friendly to the environment. The reusable cloth bags are nice too because people limit their shopping to the amount of bags they have.
