Does anyone know? (Babys R Us coupon Question)?

I get the coupons in the mail every month on the first. Now the coupon itself says 15% off ONE baby item. The coupon has the Toys R Us logo and the Babys R Us logo on it. What do they mean on one BABY item. Does it have to be used at Babys R Us? Or can I get a toy box or some other christmas gift for my son at TRU? Hope my question makes sense~
