Good SAT score for a Sopre?

I just took the one on the College Board website and got a 1900 on the SAT (640 Math, 640 Writing, 620 Critical Reading) and a 10 on the essay? Is that considered good? I got a 193 on my PSAT. Can I possibly raise it to a 2100-2200?
