What are some good marijuana growing books?

I just got my medical marijuana license in Michigan and plan to start growing in a couple weeks and wanted to find some helpful literature about hydroponics. Any good books to read or any growers have any tips?? I plan on doing 48 plants of 4 different strains of kush.. Any help would be great thanks. I have a 8 1000watt lights, a 48 plant hydro set up, fans, co2 tanks, testers and timers. Anything else i'm missing?? What are some good simple one step nuets to use???
